Kids in the Word Wednesday: Learning the Books of the Bible with FREE Printable

The Pelsers

Jonathan has been memorizing the book of the Bible as he watches What’s in the Bible? DVDs. It just kind of started happening. It wasn’t anything we had purposely worked on. I decided to make a printable to help Jonathan with the spelling of the books and work on his handwriting. It’s a brand new printable and Jonathan hasn’t even used it yet, but I’m putting it up to share it with you!

Books of the Bible Copywork

This printable contains the books of the Old Testament and New Testament in both manuscript and cursive fonts. The book name is dashed for tracing and there’s enough room to then copy each book at least once.

To get this FREE printable, go like The Pelsers on Facebook. Then click on the FREE Download link under the Timeline Photo.

  1. Amanada ~ I love this!  Thank you so much!  My sever year old has recently become obsessed with cursive and I’m trying to find lots of things for him to copy. This is just perfect.  :-)

  4. I am looking for the copywork of the Books of the Bible. I am not on facebook and I get the daily emails. Why can’t I find it where you say it should be?

    • Sharon, when you have received your first daily email, you’ll find it in a section titled Subscribers Only at the very bottom of the left hand column. The emails go out around 11am Eastern each day that there is a new post at The Pelsers.

  5. iTunes has a great app for $3.99 called OT 39. It’s illustrated flash cards of the 39 Old Teastament books. The backs of the cards have great info on that book of the Bible. They are coming out with NT 27 next year. I bought OT 39 for me, but will use it to help my daughter learn the books of the bible when she’s a little older. Thanks for Kids in the Word Wednesdays! 6. I liked you on FB and sub to your blog, but can’t find where to download this. It would not work for me on FB.
