Time for a 3 in 30 check-in. Week 2 of October. Details of my goals are back in this post.
- Be consistant with my morning routine – Mostly another FAIL. The only morning that I was up by 6:30 am this week was the one that Josh bribed me with a hot breakfast. Jacob has been up a few times in the night this week. I'm exhausted during the day and am having trouble getting to sleep at night once the house is quiet. Then I wake up multiple times in the night. My body has days and nights all backwards right now. Holding on. I know this will pass. I'm trying to get back to my goal time while not beating myself up. See goal #3 for my other drain.
- Reading – I'm keeping up with 1 John, Seasons of a Mother's Heart, Educating the WholeHearted Child, and Grace for the Good Girl. I'm about half way through Up, Down, or Sideways. Want to see my full Fall reading list?
- 31 Days to… – Keeping up with 31 Days of Finding Joy in Depression. Still taking a lot out of me, but feels great at the same time to be obedient and bring such a tough subject to light.
