Time for a 3 in 30 check-in. Week 1 of October. Details of my goals are back in this post.
- Be consistant with my morning routine – BIG. FAT. FAIL. Yeah, that's what it feels like this week. {Insert frustrated sad frowny face here because that's what my face looks like.} I got sick last weekend and was down for 2-3 days. I just can't seem to get enough sleep this week. I keep unintentionally turning my alarm off. By Wednesday, I really thought I could get back into routine, but it just hasn't happened. Thankfully, most mornings I have still been up before the boys.
- Reading – I'm keeping up with 1 John, Seasons of a Mother's Heart, Educating the WholeHearted Child, and Grace for the Good Girl. I've read another chapter in Spiritual Parenting. Up, Down, or Sideways arrived yesterday, so I'll jump into that soon. Looks like an easy read. {This might look like a lot, but I LOVE to read. It's what keeps me sane.} Want to see my full Fall reading list?
- 31 Days to… – I jumped in with both feet. 31 Days of Finding Joy in Depression. One post a day for the whole month of October. So far, so good. It's taking a lot out of me – probably an additional reason that that I'm struggling with goal #1.
