My friend Heather Bowen has created a really cute devotional and prayer journal for kids. It's called My Christmas Wish: A Devotional Prayer Journal for Kids. She sent me a copy so I could share my thoughts on it with you.
My Christmas Wish
My Christmas Wish is a 15 day devotional and journal to prepare your kids for Christmas. Each day has a verse to read, a prayer prompt, and journaling prompt. The journaling page for each day uses the acronym “WISH” to guide your child through writing for the journaling prompt, thinking more about the topic for the day, doing an activity, and listening to mom or dad read another verse.
Your younger kids will enjoy My Christmas Wish most. If you have preschool through early or middle elementary age kids, this would be a great journal leading up to Christmas. It contains primary writing lines throughout the journal and cute graphics.
