I made it!  You made it!  31 Days of Finding Joy in Depression.  This may be the finish line of the series, but it certainly isn't the end of the journey.

I don't know about you, but there were some rough days for me this month.  Talking about depression is hard.

For those who have been suffering silently, I pray that sharing my story opens the door for you to face your depression.

For those who are trying to manage their depression, I pray that my story has given you hope and given you some ideas for manage your depression.  Please share your story so others walking this road can be comforted.

For those who don't deal with depression personally, I pray that my story has given you glimpse into the life of someone with depression.  I pray that you have a better understanding of depression and can better support those around you who deal with depression.

Thanks for joining my journey to find joy in depression!

I'm linking up with The Nester and others who are writing 31 posts this month on various topics.  I'm not a doctor or a counselor and this is not intended to be medical advice.  This is simply the story of my experience with depression.
