This week we memorized 1 Timothy 4:12. {By the way, when I say “we”, I really do mean we. I am memorizing these verses along with Jonathan.} Here are some of our activities this week:
Jonathan has made some big leaps with his handwriting. Tracing and copying his memory verse has really helped his letter formation and sentence structure. His mouth is wide open in this picture because he is saying and sounding out the words as he writes them. We are at a point now where I don't have to be right next to him while he does his copywork; it's been a long road to build up his confidence to the point where he is starting to work independently.
And, always his favorite part: recording himself so he can see himself say his verse.
