Summer Plans
For now, we are homeschooling year-round. Jonathan thrives on a schedule. It doesn’t have to be strict and there can be spontaneous changes, but he needs to have general structure to his day and week. We are not quite finished with our first year, but I’m currently preparing for next year and evaluating our first year of homeschooling. What worked? An eclectic, Charlotte-Mason leaning homeschooling style. I love everything I’ve read about the Charlotte Mason method but I incorporate bits and pieces of other methods that work well for us.
