The review
I want to introduce you to a friend: Tasha Via. We attended the same church for a few years, but now they live in Raleigh, NC. She and her husband, Josh, have the most amazing family, including a little girl that they recently brought home from Uganda. Tasha and Josh are also amazing musicians – you really need to hear their music.
But, what I really want to tell you about is Tasha's Easter devotional book for kids called So Much Bigger Than the Bunny.
So Much Bigger Than the Bunny is a 7 week journey to be used starting at Lent. Each devotional gives you tips for sharing with your kids, a Bible verse to memorize, history and symbolism of the week's topic, some kind of activity you can do with your kids, and questions to prompt discussion. Following the 7 weekly devotionals, there are 8 days of shorter devotionals for each day during Holy Week. These contain a Bible verse and an activity.
Tasha has done such a wonderful job with this book. It's simple but has just the right amount of information and activities to help you take your children on a journey this Easter season.
