Do you know what your triggers for anger are? Is it caffeine? Do you flip out when your house is a mess and cluttered? What about perfectionism? Does being late drive you crazy? Being interrupted? Social media and the internet? Maybe you struggle with your inner voice putting you down? Are you hormones out of balance? Do you have an illness that keeps you from doing what you need to do? Are you just simply unhappy?
Me? Disorganization and clutter make me freak out. I consider myself a recovering perfectionist. I also have PCOS so I struggle to keep my hormones in balance. I'm a reader, so I find books helpful. There are so many resources out there to help you find the margins you need, organize your house, train your children to help, or find peace with your limitations.
